Buffalo Trace Distillery is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our home and barware collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, including all protective materials to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
